I plan on brewing a Belgian Dark Strong Ale to go in my new Black Tuesday barrel.

Thanks to those that passed by during my brew day!! Great to see everyone!!
The fermentation kicked off quickly and I am hoping to move the fermenter upstairs tomorrow to let it warm up from 66 to around 70 or 72 to help finish it off!
Probably a beer for the Holiday meeting 2023!!
