  • Mashout 2024 recap and stories
  • Water treatment (PH, Gypsum, Salts, minerals)
  • Recipe development (Must consider, substitutes, etc.)
  • Mash techniques/temperatures. (142-156degrees and reasons, ferulic rest, protein rest, etc.)
  • Start talking about ACBW 2025, Brewing a batch for Old Ox out a Middleburg, etc.

Might be able to get to a meeting… If so, I should have an Aussie Sparking Ale and a Lemon Drop Summer ale that would just be ready. Really these are pretty much an APA and XPA. We will see.
