For anyone interested, I plan to brew my next batch this Saturday (7/30). I will be brewing from ~9am-3pm ish. Just an easy 5Gal batch of the next Falcon.

Also, considering brewing Sat 8/6 and doing my hefeweissen. That would be with 3 steps including one decoction.
