In action! I am pretty happy with my current system (5 gal BIAB with a 10 gal pot via propane burner, and 2.5 or smaller stove top BIAB), but I could see this one being tempting. You could do full volume mash high gravity 5 gal brews and ramp up to 10 gal batches as needed.
