I’m hoping to brew a Hefeweizen this weekend. I’ll work out the recipe later today, so let me know if you have any special recommendations. I’m going to make a pure German hefe, but don’t worry, I’ll set aside a special fermenter with an adjunct just for Mitch: Chocolate Pumpkin Raspberry Habanero…… with lime.

If you are making a “pure German hefe”, than there can be no special recommendations!, just saying
Did you do a triple decoction? If not, then already not a “pure German hefe”. So, let your creative juices flow! I think your version for Mitch must contain coriander as well.
