I enjoyed the demo. I went ahead and ordered a $20 submersible pump off Amazon that should work well for recirculating ice water through my immersion chiller to get down to pitching temps. What I have been doing is getting my wort down to around 85F, then letting it chill for a few hours in my chamber before pitching my yeast. It works, but ice water should speed up the process.

Sounds like a plan Brent. I am sure it will help speed up the chilling. I would consider getting 2 pumps. The second one being a March style pump that you can recirc the wort with. I think that was as big a benefit in the initial 130 degrees as the ice water pump would be in going the last 20.
